Fulfillment & Shipping



All products are fulfilled through third-party suppliers and shipped directly from international fulfillment centers depending on product availability.


Because orders are processed quickly, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has been placed.





Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items



We only offer resolutions for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Shipping Issues



Plushé is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, weather conditions, or other external factors once an order has shipped.


Lost or stolen packages marked as delivered are not eligible for refunds. In such cases, please contact your local carrier.





Chargebacks & Disputes
